Welcome to Mr. Allaire's History of Motivation class for the
2021-2022 school year.
This course will be an introduction to the study of behavior and motivation with an emphasis on factors that determine success and failure. Concepts include human psychological development, personality analysis, notable motivational figures, historical innovators and visionaries, goal setting, career preparation, and self-improvement. Some contemporary films will be utilized as well as biographical summaries of successful individuals.
